Dr. Sean Pang's research is focused on developing imaging platforms for biological research, medical diagnosis, and industrial imaging applications in both visible and X-ray regimes. He is a recipient of Ralph E Powe Junior Faculty Award (2016) and a SPIE DCS Rising Researcher (2017).
I have special interests in teaching imaging related courses, including optical design for undergrads (OSE4240) and biophotonics.
